Up to $24/hour | 30 Hours per Week | Fully In-Office

What You'll Do

  • Provide general office support including filing, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and basic correspondence
  • Greet visitors and help manage front desk tasks
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Support team members with special projects as needed
  • Keep common areas neat, organized, and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience providing office or administrative support (internships and campus office roles count!)
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional communication and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliability-someone who shows up, follows through, and takes initiative

Compensation

  • Up to $24 per hour, depending on experience
